Available space

TZA has a total of 14.250 m² for hire and is geared specifically towards the needs and requirements of technology-oriented businesses.

Offices
Light and modern office units measuring 36 m² (14 m² + 22 m²), avialble for short-term rent.

Larger office units
Larger office units from 70-150 m²are ideal for expanding technology enterprises. These office units are situated on all floors and include seperate toilet facilities, a small kitchen and storerooms, which can also be used as a comms room.

There are also representative office shops with individual layouts and large glazed rooms in the centre's foyer especially for service providers and enterprises that deal directly with the public.

Ground floor hallsGround floor halls are reserved for prototype construction and small production units. The halls range in size from 80 m² to 160 m², the ceilings are up to 5 m high. Wing doors ensure spacious access. The infrastructure includes 380 V 3-phase current and natural gas connections, water supply and sewage disposal. Heavy duty platforms are also available on demand.

Whether for conferences, congresses, workshops or exhibitions - the Technology Centre "am Europaplatz" Aachen is the ideal venue in the border-triangle of Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium with an optimum traffic link to the city centre.

Our service

Six conference rooms of variable sizes for twelve to 60 persons and an auditorium for up to 300 persons are available. All conference rooms have daylight and are equipped with the latest conference and communication technologies.

The variable meeting and conference rooms as well as exhibition area can be tailored to your individual needs. Apart from the standard technical equipment in the rooms you can also rent additional communication technology and equipment. A Wi-Fi internet link is available in all conference rooms!

The foyer of the TZA offers space for exhibitions and trade fairs to accompany conferences.

Exhibition areas

Our spacious foyer is ideal for trade fairs and large events. A presentation area of over 800 m² can be supplied with the necessary electrical and communication infrastructure via a system of floor ducts. The hall itself is 12 m high, thus enabling even complex and larger structures.

The foyer can also be used for large celebrations. The integrated bar and catering can be rented from the internal catering department.
