Aachen-based Cognesys GmbH develops solutions for voice and text-based applications with a focus on the service sector in various industries. The special feature of Cognesys Semantic Processes is that the system does not search for keywords as usual, but also understands the context and meaning of what is said or written and can react accordingly. In this way, customer enquiries are automatically interpreted and processed. This results in advantages for the company, such as a drastic shortening of processing times up to real-time processing and thus a reduction of processing costs.
